Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, email, printers and network issues.
Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
Assist in maintaining LAN, wireless networks, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
Support user account administration and password management.
Maintain ICT asset inventories and software licence records.
Support antivirus management, system updates, backups and cybersecurity initiatives.
Maintain ICT documentation and prepare periodic ICT reports.
Support ICT projects and perform any other ICT-related duties assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant ICT support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft
Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking.
Knowledge of ICT security principles.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or CCNA will be an added advantage.
