Responsibilities
Design and build scalable notification capabilities: Contribute to developing core backend services that enable reliable, high‑scale delivery of identity notifications across multiple channels such as email, Teams, and future integrations.
Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready features: Own end‑to‑end feature development from design through implementation and validation ensuring strong reliability, performance, and adherence to enterprise‑grade SLAs and quality of service expectations.
Drive service reliability and live‑site excellence: Participate in monitoring, incident response, and post‑incident improvements, helping maintain high availability and ensuring notifications are delivered accurately and on time.
Collaborate across teams to enable platform adoption: Work closely with partner teams across Entra to onboard them to INS, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that simplify how they communicate with customers without building their own infrastructure.
Continuously improve the platform through innovation: Contribute ideas and implementation toward modernization efforts such as new communication channels, intelligent notification capabilities, and more interactive, user‑centric experiences.
AI First mindset: Using AI based tools to solve problems.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, C, C++, C#, or Python
OR equivalent experience.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
