Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the existing platform for development readiness and testability.
Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for current site features and workflows.
Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, or areas of concern with clear reproduction steps.
Work collaboratively with the development and cyber security team to verify fixes and validate releases.
Establish and improve QA workflows, processes, and milestone checkpoints for handover assurance.
Support cross-platform testing across web, mobile, integrations, and third-party tools.
Provide clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably with web platforms.
Strong understanding of manual testing techniques, test planning, and documentation.
Experience testing WordPress-based systems.
Familiarity with common QA tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Ability to test integrations between multiple systems and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with WordPress, WP Fusion and Elementor
Experience testing eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce)
Familiarity with CRM automation and email systems (ActiveCampaign)
Experience with API testing and Zapier workflows
Experience with Enterprise Payments (Braintree)
Basic understanding of video platform behavior (Vimeo, Zoom)
Experience with QuickBooks
QA work will involve validation across these tools and integrations.
