Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
– Currently enrolled in a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program for credit or recently graduated with a Diploma, Bachelors or other relevant qualification in Tech
– Basic knowledge of at least one functional scripting language (e.g., Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting).
– Basic knowledge of Networking and Databases.
– Basic knowledge of Operation Systems Windows and/or Linux.
Preferred Qualifications
– Knowledge of internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts.
– Familiarity with Database, Storage, & Big Data concepts.
– Knowledge of Networking fundamentals like CIDR notations, OSI model, DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, DHCP, routing, switching, subnets, NAT.
– Comfortable working in a Linux/Unix environment.
