Description

The Global Automation and IT System Specialist is a key technical expert within Relief International’s global IT function, responsible for transforming business processes through automation and digital solutions. Working closely with global support teams, country offices and cross-functional working groups, you will drive automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while also supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and core IT systems administration. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on automation, reporting and digital transformation, with the remaining 40% dedicated to broader IT systems support.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

Design, develop and maintain automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and related technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data solutions that support decision-making across multiple departments.
Lead the administration, support and migration of business processes from Smartsheet to the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
Administer and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and integrated workflow solutions.
Support global IT operations, including Azure/Entra ID administration, user access management, systems infrastructure support, user training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

You will bring the following experience and skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience developing robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate within enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience supporting IT infrastructure, cloud-based platforms, user administration and systems integration.
Experience working with Smartsheet, Azure DevOps and business process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
Professional fluency in English is essential. Microsoft Power Automate RPA certifications and knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies are desirable.
