Senior QA Engineer

We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer to join the technology team of a global biotechnology company. In this role, you will drive and elevate the quality assurance process for a high-impact software platform, from defining test requirements and building automation frameworks to mentoring junior QA engineers and signing off on releases. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test frameworks and test cases.
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test frameworks such as Pytest.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, QC) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Ability to work effectively in agile or Scrum-based teams, both independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English, and a meticulous, quality-driven mindset.
Nice to have:

Any previous experience or study related to bioinformatics
Experience managing QA projects end-to-end.
Experience mentoring or leading junior QA engineers.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into the build process.
