Manager, Product Innovation & Process Optimization Department (PIPO)

As the Bank continues to advance its product innovation agenda and strengthen its market presence, we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from uncovering opportunities and shaping customer needs to delivering innovative solutions that drive growth. Success will require balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring products not only meet market demands but also comply with regulatory standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Beyond product delivery, you will champion cross-team collaboration, secure executive sponsorship, and provide leadership through staff training and mentorship.

A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation in Product design, development and core business management principles.

At least 5 years’ work experience, 3 of which should have been in a similar capacity with a proven track record.

Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
