Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Completed degree within the last 1 year
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office tools
Curious, proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Good communication and people skills
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide first-line IT support to staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
Support Microsoft 365 users
Assist with email setup, user accounts, and access permissions
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Support IT projects and system improvements
